Shoreline Field Advisory
Waterproofing & Restoration Risk Reviews
About Shoreline Field Advisory
Shoreline Field Advisory provides practical field observation and risk review for waterproofing, façade restoration, sealants, coatings, concrete repair, and water-intrusion concerns. We help owners, property managers, contractors, consultants, and project teams identify visible risks early, clarify concerns, and make better-informed decisions before small issues become costly ones.
Our role is not to replace the contractor, engineer, architect, or responsible project party. We provide a field-experienced second set of eyes, clearer documentation, and practical context so the appropriate team can make informed decisions and address concerns through the proper professional channels.
Our Services
Restoration Field Risk Review
A site-based review of visible conditions related to waterproofing, sealants, coatings, façade restoration, concrete repair, and water-intrusion risk. Findings are documented clearly and prioritized for practical follow-up.
Scope Sanity Check
A field-informed review of a proposed waterproofing or restoration scope before work begins, with attention to gaps, sequencing, exclusions, access assumptions, QA/QC considerations, and alignment between project parties.
Foreman Readiness Review
A field-leadership and execution review focused on planning, material readiness, crew communication, sequencing awareness, documentation habits, and the ability to identify and elevate concerns early.
Clear Field Intelligence, Written to Be Used
Depending on the approved service, clients receive practical documentation that helps the responsible project team understand visible conditions, prioritize attention, and identify the right next conversation.
- Field observation notes and photo documentation
- Risk-ranked findings in clear language
- Written field memo or review summary
- Practical next steps for consideration
- Items to clarify with responsible or licensed professionals
- Follow-up discussion based on the approved scope
Remote document and photo reviews may also be available when an on-site review is not immediately required.
Advisory Scope
Shoreline Field Advisory provides field observation and practical advisory support based on visible conditions and available information at the time of review. The service does not constitute engineering, architectural design, code certification, legal advice, contract administration, repair design, or construction direction. Structural, code, design, contractual, or legal determinations should be reviewed and confirmed by the appropriate licensed professional or responsible party.
Clearer information. Better decisions. Reduced risk.
